The sun finally shone today, yay! Ok, the wind was cold enough to freeze your face off, but it was still too tempting to stay in.

It was actually a slow start. Hubby slightly overdid it last night after finishing his dry January a day early. He was regretting it first thing this morning and is now talking about a dry February!

Nancy's been practicing on her bike today. She still needs the stabilisers but we all need a little help, don't we?
