Watching tv

Backdated - was on the Aberdeen road twice today. Once in the morning when I was in Ellon for a union meeting at our Ellon Campus. Second journey was to the Sports Village for Logan's training. This evening I hadn't done any other exercise so nothing else for it than to jump onto the exercise bike, it's quite boring but I had a programme on in the background to distract me.
