Friday night curry

My lovely in-laws gave us a three month subscription to the Spicery as a christmas present. I'd never heard of it before, but it's a genius idea.

Each month a box of spices and a recipe card appear in the post explaining how to make a lovely curry with all necessary accompaniments... So Sunday night I will be trying to make this ...

My intention is to practice a bit on Dave, then when I've got it cracked I shall open the doors to Clare's curry house... admission will be secured through general niceness... and cake based bribery :-)
