It's been a real treat to go out for a meal with Rafi, Colin and Scott this evening - Colin and Rafi are down here this weekend as they are off to the Arsenal v Crystal Palace match tomorrow.

I can't begin to tell you how totally amazing it is to see how well Rafi has come along since we last saw him.... leaps and bounds. He was firing on all cylinders this evening,with jokes and banter. So bright, intelligent and full of fun.

Rafi and Pete were competing as to who could tell the most "knock, knock" jokes. They started off very funny but then they were making them up in the end. Oh dear. Something tells me that Pete was delivering a dud one here....
