Fast food!

Emergency blip. Been out at an "all day" rehearsal for panto (well, 10 am to 2pm then into the local pub!). Just some fruit for lunch so quick tea required - pasta fitted the bill.

Boring blip for today - will try to do better tomorrow! Although, with all this horrible wind and rain, a possibility may not present itself!
