Cheese and wine

E and I left for Paris this morning and luckily everything went according to plan.

We arrived in Montmartre around 2pm and found our apartment - a typical Parisian apartment complete with huge windows and wrought iron balconies to watch the world go by.

T arrived armed with wine, baguettes, cheese and macaroons – perfect. After a lazy afternoon we headed up the hill to Basilica of the Sacré Cœur to enjoy views of the Eiffel Tower and Paris by night before heading to Café Burg for beers and chat with the locals.
