Hope

These plucky little flowers appear, down the bottom of the garden, at the most desolate time of the year.

Most of the year the plant looks just like straggly messy grass but right now it's blooming :)

No idea where the seeds came from but I'm guessing one of the many birds dropped then whilst visiting the garden.

The last couple of years the flowers have appeared amongst the snow so it's quite nice to seem them amidst the greenery.

They bring hope. And a reminder that Spring is around the corner..

And it's our 12th wedding anniversary today. Which is really quite am achievement !!
