Raspberry & Dark Chocolate Roulade
Mark has been away for the weekend, staying at Cragganmore House, on a whiskey & culinary experience. He brought two things back that he made, the roulade (as pictured) and a pate encased in brioche.
Alexanders anaysis of the roulade "daddy that is the best cake, ever". And I have to admit it is pretty darn tasty!
