Gloppy goodness gone bad

I have made Gingerbread cake loads of times but today, for some unknown reason, it went wrong :-(

I'm blaming the sultanas which all dropped to the bottom (again, doesn't normally happen)

Schade, Herr L und ich mögen Gingerbread Küchen.
