Sunshine and Smiles

Katie at Belhaven this morning. We squeezed in a short walk before I went for the train. We told each other rubbish jokes to get a laugh - "Why didn't the mussel share his sweets? Because he was SHELLFISH!" ho, ho :)

Then off to Edinburgh to see The Armstrong Lie with Lali, and another lovely walk to get there through Princes Street gardens. It was a good film with lots of great Tour de France footage and lots of schizo Lance interviews.

And now on the 4pm train to London for a few days. Running shoes packed, trying to be healthy and keep that up!
