Joyful "reunion"

On New Year's Eve I showed you the new resident in our household. His wife was held up in immigration by an inquiry into their marital status, but has now arrived and is settling in well.

They look splendid together and well done to Mum for crafting them. PS I turned the wife's face towards her husband, but it has made it look as though her hat is not on straight - sorry Mum - it looks great when it is straight!

Sadly they have to be held behind glass because Carla finds the feathers of the shield much to interesting!

Not much else to report. Very very tired and could not go to play rehearsal as a result.

The mepacrine I was taking has a half life of between 5 and 14 days, so I might expect to still have side effects for a while longer. Not so bad if you know and can expect improvement. It won't come fast enough for me of course.

Watched first episode of The Bridge from last night. Can't wait to see the final one of the series.
