While the cat's away..

..the mouse will take the opportunity to have something for dinner that the cat normally won't eat.

Treated self to dinner of fried scallops and chorizo with pasta this evening, courtesy of St. Michael as Mr M is out this evening.

Not convinced this was really meant to be a serving for 2.. I quite happily scoffed the whole lot - which either means M&S are on a mission to educate the nation on correct portion sizes, or I'm a just a glutton!

It was very nice though! Egg custard tarts for pud.. another favourite!
