Firstly, thank you all for your very kind comments and stars for yesterday's photo. I was quite touched!

So, up at 7 for some porridge. Walk with Mme and Dylan. And here's the photo. And then out for my 30k as planned. Hard to start, but easier for the return. Quick stretch and shower. Time to eat one of Lizzie's healthy muffins and then off Lausanne to see "12 Years a Slave"

Now, far be it for me to say that anybody should see any film, but if you have any interest in cinema, history, civil rights, drama, art, you should see this film.
