Collecting photos

I had already announced my art project on January 1st, but have only searched for techniques to use and bought material to “express my creativity” ;-) . I knew the next step was hard: finding the right pictures of my grandparents. Today, we are blessed with our digital cameras, whereas in the sixties there only seemed to be lousy ones, or lousy photographers (or was that in my family only?). Most photos that I found were tiny, REALLY TINY, or one of the two gp’s was not so good looking, or hidden behind coffee cups and cigarettes.
But I think I can start with this now. Having almost a week to let it sink in and grow on me. Next weekend I will print the photos and manually add some colour and text to it.
