Janice and I had a wee look around Keith Hall today for the second time in a few weeks. With the big house now into flats and the estate boundaries threatened by the incursion of yet another housing development, Keith Hall looks a wee bit threatened. Time perhaps to look for the hidden gems. The ice house, the abandoned walled garden and the prospect of woodland walks etc. Capability Brown’s influence can still be seen, if you know where to look of course.
The title of course refers to the method of demise of the last incumbant of the manorial pile.
