Water

It was out for breakfast with friends this morning (£4 for 10 items ... bargain).

One of the girls had brought back a bottle of something from her skiing holiday in France.
None of us really speak French but we (think) we worked out it was a highly concentrated lime, grapefruit and liquorice for adding to water (but in very small quantities - especially if you have hypertension).
So of course we had to open and try it.
What a weird substance.
The citrus was the overwhelming taste which stimulated the tongue - but then the liquorice seemed to come in as a warm feeling at the back of the jowls without interfering with the citrus and built up.
Very strange - but not unpleasant.

This evenings sky looked promising for a colourful sunset - but as usual, the clouds came to play and bullied the colour into hiding.
