Took loads of photos today, woke early (ish) to catch the sunrise and the incredibly high tide, then this afternoon went to the beach with the boys to see the incredibly low tide!

The boys really enjoyed exploring the sea bed and it was great to make the most of the good weather (just seen the forecast :( !)
