Mum's late birthday meal

We got up early thanks to our new hungry ginger alarm clock and started on the roast beef...then we went back to bed with a cuppa. Andy went over to get mum while I made a rather splendid Raspberry Meringue Roulade, a birthday cake and sorted out the veg. All in all a very nice day, mum enjoyed herself and we are all now very very full!
