Gothic

Early start to run the 14k trail run as part of the John Muir Winter Carnival. A muddy, wet and sandy run. Completed it in 66 minutes which was slightly faster than expected so pleased with that. Hang around afterwards to watch the cyclocross and cheer a couple of friends on. I've always fancied trying a bit of cyclocross, but the pained expressions and exhaustion on the faces of everyone competing might just have put me off.
