DIY massage

Long confusing weekend up at the Special Olympics World Games Selections.

Everything is as clear a mud at the moment :-(

But somehow through doing next to no walking what so ever all weekend (probably the problem) my left heel is feeling like a knitting needle is going into it....So my evening has involved a lot of DIY massage with my trusty golf ball.
