Mr and Mrs Cardiff Bay

After a pretty horrendous drive down from Manchester to Cardiff with friends for the start of The Six Nations, we finally arrived in Cardiff Bay. We dumped bags in what was a really fab apartment and headed out for something to eat as we were all so hungry we had almost been driven to eating the leeks and daffodils that my friend's wife had decorated the inside of the car with ( she had also downloaded just about every Tom Jones, Shirley Bassey and Male Voice Choir song she could find....such a laugh even tho the M6 was both heaving and flooded!)
These are just a couple of sculptures at the front of the bay....as you can tell it was still peein down ...look at the raindrops hanging from her arm and on the railing!
I liked the way the light from a lamppost behind me was shining onto her head.
