Dinner in progress

Decided to try a recipe from my new Donna Hay cookbook. Beef stirfry. Just frying off the snow peas, sauce and cashew nuts before adding the beef back in. Very yummy, only problem was it was a little too salty. Will have to adjust the seasoning next time.
