Room with a view

Our children treated us to a evening meal and overnight stay, (which included use of the facilities) at one of the local west coast hotels as a Christmas present. Last night we had a great time, excellent food and a great view over Cobo bay. This is the view in the morning from the bedrooms balcony, This was the view the night before. this morning the rough winds were coming from the opposite direction but the waves were still coming over here here and here this was quite tame compared with the last few days. This hotel is a favourite in the summer with visitors . It was Guernsey`s East coast that suffered today (where yesterdays blip was taken). I think Im glad I missed that!
