Marmalade

Couldn't find anything else to make with a net of well out of date lemons. A silly thing to do when I was in the middle of other things, and trying out a new recipe for supper. And I didn't have any small jars!
The picture looks out of focus because of the steam. I like the shiny gluey looking bits!
