A Bit Of Calm

It was a nice start to the day, having a coffee in town with The Man. We had a chat about photography and where we may like to go for a change of scene in a couple of months time.

This afternoon we took a drive down to the lake. He thinks, rightly or wrongly, that after Wednesday he will be stuck in the house with indoor blipping.

It was very cold and windy on the shore of Ullswater today, waves were splashing onto the rocks but reality wasn't what I wanted today. something quiet, something low key. I don't want to make waves.

I just want everything to be calm and peaceful...

...and the roads to stay clear of ice and snow.
