River Medway in flood again

Down to the osteopath again today and had time to look at the river before the appointment. This was taken from the same location as 27th January 2014 but looking the other way.

The river has been in this state for 4 or 5 weeks now, sometimes up a little more, sometimes down a little. The complex where the osteopath is located had a notice on the door warning of the possibility that the building may flood at sometime during the day and people should be prepared to evacuate the site.

More exercise in the morning, with a very enjoyable swim and the day ending with a further session of physio at the hospital. Still not got full flexibility, something is stopping me being able to kneel properly. Only 2 more sessions and there'll be a review to consider the options.
