Cooking Apples

Our apple tree is laden with apples.
We have had
apple pie
apple crumble
pork and apple
apple gingerbread (very very good)
apple rock cakes
stewed apple
lemon apple curd (AMAZING)
apple tart
apple and pecan cake
orchard fruit cake.....

And the more I write apple the more I think it looks odd on the page and I am convinced I have spelt it wrong..

(and yes I know I need to hoover up that dog hair under the shelf!)
