Ready for action

I was curling most of today, beginning at the Peak in Stirling in the afternoon. As we were leaving EK, I managed a shot of the school crossing assistants taking the time to have a chat before the hundreds of pupils exited the high school on their way to the local shop to buy lunch.

Curling at Stirling was 3x3end games - a group of curlers on holiday at Forresthills holiday lodges who hired 2 sheets of ice at the peak . Week 5 at Foresthills used to be the "curling" week until they closed the ice rink a few years ago, but a hardy group now travel to Perth or Stirling to have one day of curling instead of a whole week. The team I was in, drew 1 and lost 2.
