Sun and Snow

There was a light dusting of snow in the night -I saw it fall on the skylight over my bed - and a sunny but nippy day for a glorious walk around the island. There are often ducks in this pond near the south end but today there was a thin layer of ice, and with just a bit of white and that deep blue sky, worthy of a landscape blip. (helped with a bit of HDR) Was thinking about doing the monomonday challenge - it would be good for me -I find it so hard to do without color, especially with landscapes. Almost blipped this

Thanks for those that kept me posted on the Hawk's game that we couldn't watch and the radio was delayed so was always behind. Not that it mattered…..
