A ball catcher beside the lake

Somebody tell me this is a ball catcher. Someone throw the ball from other side of the lake, and try to throw it into the basket. What a interesting game! It is a interesting structure beside the lake. I only have one question. If the ball falling into the lake, will he get a ticket because he throw something into the lake? Anyway, good structure, I hope I can see someone use it in someday, just don't hit me~~~~
