What is wrong with this picture?

It is the 4th February.....this is Yorkshire........on the coast.......blue skys!.....sunshine!......and we have flowering roses!

For a start, valentine's day is just around the corner and:

'My love is like a red red rose,
That's newly sprung in February'

...doesn't scan!...and that is just to begin with!
