Today I have written one new meditation practice for my lessons, cut my sons hair (it came out fab!), sewn a new dress (for which I drew the pattern and cut the fabric yesterday), made lunch, taken out the dogs. It's 1.30 pm. Now it's time for a cup of coffee, short walk with the dogs and off to work.

I've been amazingly energetic today. Perhaps due to the fact that I slept extremely well, because my husband is on business trip and he wasn't there keeping me up with his snoring. :-)
