Traditional food with a funny name
This type of pastry, with either sweet or salty filling, baked in a rye crust is usually called 'kukko' in Finnish. The same word also refers to a rooster, making this a couple of slices of swede rooster. I think the most traditional filling is fish, though, making things zoologically even more interesting.
