Magic Mushrooms

I don't have a clue what these are.

They can be found between Wood Street and Aldermanbury, in a little lane, in the City of London. They're about 3-4 feet tall. There's no sign to explain their purpose or creator (that I could find)? Any ideas?

I had a big meeting this morning with my client's biggest customer. I had to present my plans for the future of their service. It went well.

My thoughts today are with a friend of mine, Gordon and his family in Glasgow. Circumstances dictated that I had to be here today.

I should have been there.
