Dinner
Worldlens has come to spend some time with me again. I like to cook normally. SHH don't tell anyone but cooking for myself all alone can sometimes be a bit of a chore. So when good friends come and I have an idea I often want to try it out.
This is a piece of Ahi Tuna that was first marinated in Tequila and sage, from there the Tuna was cooked in a pan. I seared it a bit, from there I covered them in fresh sage leaves and strawberries. Worldlens then added some baked Cauliflower "chips" to our dinner plates and I took a picture. :) It was a complex composition of sweet, tart fruit, earthly but slightly tangy sage on tender flaky Ahi. It was yummy. :) Jealous yet?
