Turnstones at Hopeman!

Down at the East Coast Trail today and stopped off at Hopeman Harbour! While having a look around I saw these Turnstones (Arenaria interpres). They were busy little birds looking for crustaceans and the likeApparently, they are not shy of people and I managed to get a few metres away without frightening them! It was a nice day today, so we went for a walk to walk off last nights Chinese New Year Meal ( 7 Courses) I feel better after the walk!
