Many rivers to cross

A day mostly spent writing a presentation and working on a document with a short time off for good behaviour and a blip.

Mrs Smith was up at sparrows fart for a trip to London that includes three meetings and a dinner and won't be back until tomorrow. Ruby is over at a friends house revising for a test so me and the twins had a bad dad's dinner of chicken dippers, baked beans, sausages and thick white bread spread with butter, followed up by millionaires shortbread. Joe has collapsed in front of the telly but poor Eve has to run around a training pitch all night.
