Keeping Fit

Today has been a very cold and reasonably sunny day.

We went for an invigorating walk by the river this morning and along the road to Garstang Castle (Greenhalgh Castle). We have lived near Garstang for several years and have never actually seen it - until today!

I took a few shots of the ruins whilst we were out but as Snap1toff will probably be blipping a similar shot, I decided to use this one of a young lady who was jogging along the path in front of us!
