SeaScape before work - what's happnin to me?

Instead of going straight to work and putting on the kettle and early morning chatting with my good colleagues, I went to the beach.    Yes the beach at 8am this morning with my executive suit on me - cold, bright and utterly stimulating - camera in hand to get an early blip.   What's happnin' to me ?
