You may recall my recent horrid experience at a local salon where I bought a groupon deal.

I was asked (by groupon) to leave feedback about my experience, so I did.

This is the response I've had from the salon owner; he's 'shocked and disgusted' at my comments?!!!! Try freezing your nips off pal and then tell me I'm wrong to voice an opinion.

I have (as requested) responded to him to say it is a genuine response but I wouldn't call it a complaint as I am not asking for a refund or any form of recompense; I was merely stating my viewpoint of the treatment I received.
I added that I saw no need to contact him as I won't be returning to the salon.

As for finding out which staff member it was, there are only 2 of them 'qualified' to do massage and one is his mother, so clearly his skills of deduction are as poor as the heating!

It might have been nice for him to have opened his reply with some form of apology for my discomfort, but seemingly it is now me that has caused him distress! What happened to the customer is always right???
