Cable kink

What is it about the kink in your works telephone cable (pic) that p**ses you off. No matter how I try I can't get the kink out if it. It's easier to do the rubix cude in under 10 seconds.

Last night I found out an awful lot of gossip but I've been asked not to say anything so I can't put it on my blip yet.
