No gold here.....

This rainbow can be found at the entrance of an institution for severely handicapped people. The rainbow as it is now, to me symbolizes what the care for some people who live there looks like.

I wonder why people who make the decisions there, don't see why it is such a sad place live.

So glad my son does not live there!!
