Community Supported Agriculture

CSA - Try it! It's a way for consumers to support locally grown, mostly organic produce. You get to try things that you would not ordinarily find, because very few retail stores carry things like this. It's a radish unlike any I've ever seen or tasted. And it's good. It was the size of a turnip, colorful in a way that only Nature can manage, with a flavor that is not extreme. A mild tasting root vegetable that went well with our salad tonight.

I'm tired today but grateful that a local farmer provides unusual and locally grown foods this time of year.
