Plant Central

I was out in the back of our apartment this morning and noticed the beautiful light that comes through the glass block. I am apparently a bit late, as my wife has commandeered the space as a kind of plant propagation area. She recognizes that her starters get lots and lots of soft, beautiful light as well as plenty of wind protection. These little guys are at the bottom of a three story, two meter square, concrete shaft. Judging by the new growth, it seems an ideal place to get them started before moving them onto our patio and putting them in bigger pots. A never ending process for my green-thumbed wife.
