The Goose and Maria

The Goose makes her first appearance on blip. Here she is sitting next to our new friend Maria, who teaches at the school we are working at until July. She was a great translator during our mini-vacation, helping us a lot to stay in the loop with the quick paced style of our fellow travelers.

Here, we the three of us took a 20 minute boat ride down the East Lake in Shaoxing, China. It was one of the highlights of our trip.

The guide paddled the boat with his foot, something we'd never seen before.
