The Hellebore Patch

This lovely clump now in full bloom. You can see how they create a sort of woodland patch. A deep mulch of leaf mould form under them. I guess it stop them drying out in summer.
I'm about to shout 'help please' to my GP. Nights are hell and I've really had enough. I've also got anxious about developing a DVT ( deep vein thrombosis ).
