Home Made Mozzarella

Today I made my own cheese! A very exciting day, some home made mozzarella. The kit was a Christmas present from my brother and his wife, it has taken me a while to sit down and actually do it but once I got going it actually wasn't too difficult. And it even tastes like mozzarella. Will be trying it out on some home made pizza next.
