A cheeky wind-blown fellow!

Apologies for those who have already visited and have seen the start of the Amaryllis growing, but I read the instructions and realised I could change my blip for today, and as this bird does not visit the garden fence that often, I thought you could see him today. At first - in the wind - I thought it was a pigeon? a squirrel?, then I thought a Kestrel, but now I think that it could be a buzzard. All of your bird lovers, just let me know. He looked so funny with the wind getting up under his feathers, and he stayed for about 5 minutes! Could not get any close than this though as I do not have a telephoto lens, and to move closer to him, he would have been off in a trice!
