Bricks, sand, sea and dog

Walked from Whitby to Sandsend on a nearly deserted beach. Heavy rains had brought parts of the cliffs down and I wonder if some landslips are to follow. Sunshine turned to sandstorm turned to rain but luckily met a man and his dog Merlin who told me which cafes were open and were dog friendly. Lovely, revitalising stomp.
