Look out below

Walking along the corridor on the fourth floor of the MSP block today when I came across the unusual sight of three people staring in through the window. As I am on the fourth floor this was a new experience. As I approached they slowly sank from view.

No idea what they were up to, but I presume some routine maintenance checks.
